Brigit’s Garden Awarded Funding for Renewable Energy Project

We’re working with Brigit’s Garden in Galway who have been awarded funding for a renewable energy project. Brigit’s Garden has been awarded funding of €60,000 from Science Foundation Ireland and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland for the installation of renewable energy devices at the award-winning Celtic Gardens and Visitor Centre in Roscahill, Co. Galway.




Small Irish Renewable Energy Generators to Sell Power for the First Time

As of today (April 17th 2014) for the first time small renewable energy generators in Ireland will be able to sell electricity on the Single Electricity Market (SEM). The Single Electricity Market is the wholesale electricity market operating across the island of Ireland. Soapbox Competition on Wind Energy

As part of the Autumn Events hosted in collaboration with the Tipperary Libraries, Tipperary Energy Agency will be part of the Judging panel for the Soapbox competition this coming Friday 12 November 2010  at 7pm in the Thurles Library. The competition is organised by the Europe Direct network and the theme is of the competition is “Wind Energy- the
