Tipperary Energy Agency has been successful in securing funding as part of the Grundtvig Learning Partnership and is offering 8 people the opportunity of all-expenses paid green trip to Holland in April. The Grundtvig programme seeks to improve the quality and European dimension of adult education. It aims to make lifelong learning opportunities more widely
