Tidy Towns Go Head to Head in Energy Neighbourhoods Competition

This years Energy Neighbourhoods competition will involve a number of Tidy Towns in Ireland and these include Killoscully, Dundrum, Birdhill and Emly. The Most Livable Community in the World Signs up to Energy Neighbourhoods
