It is a programme for teaching staff to give them the skills, confidence and tools to teach energy to all classes at primary school level. 33 Schools Participate in our Energy Awareness Programmes

As the school year is coming to a close we are looking back on the great  year,   we had delivering our Energy Awareness Programmes in our local schools in Tipperary. We visited 33 schools, worked with 93 groups and engaged with about 2188 children and their teachers throughout the year. We delivered  two programmes this year;

Brigit’s Garden Awarded Funding for Renewable Energy Project

We’re working with Brigit’s Garden in Galway who have been awarded funding for a renewable energy project. Brigit’s Garden has been awarded funding of €60,000 from Science Foundation Ireland and the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland for the installation of renewable energy devices at the award-winning Celtic Gardens and Visitor Centre in Roscahill, Co. Galway.

SEAI Exploring Our Energy Programme
