Tidy Towns Go Head to Head in Energy Neighbourhoods Competition

This years Energy Neighbourhoods competition will involve a number of Tidy Towns in Ireland and these include Killoscully, Dundrum, Birdhill and Emly. Biomass Boiler Under Construction at Thurles Leisure Centre

The installation of the new 550kW Biomass Boiler from Gilles is currently underway at Thurles Leisure Centre. The project is set to cut the heating costs within the facility from €150,000 per annum currently on LPG bulk to under €100,000 per annum on biomass locally sourced.
